But the BPOs running these operations face the same problem: finding Dutch, German, French, and Nordic-native speakers willing to relocate or already living in Turkey. They rely on expensive recruitment agencies, LinkedIn Recruiter licenses, and word-of-mouth referrals.
Meanwhile, multilingual professionals in Turkey have no central place to find these roles. They're scattered across general job boards that don't understand their unique value.
